Makayla Hekker Gymnastic Career
Makayla is a former NCAA gymnast at Oregon State University. She gained a full athletic scholarship at her college.
She has been in this sport for 15 years. She was the US national team member from 2004-05.
Makayla has bagged many achievements as a gymnast, being the 2013 Oregon State University Female Athlete of the Year, NCAA PAC10 Freshman of the Year, and a 6-time NCAA All-American.
Moreover, Makayla won two NCAA PAC championships in 2011 and 2013, respectively.
After her playing career, she took part as a Summer camp counselor at her university and conducted practice sessions to hone their gymnastics skills.
Hekker was also involved as a Gymnastics coach for the Byers Center, California, from 2007 to 2009.

Makayla Hekker is a Representative for the JuicePlus organization in 2023.
She has been working there since August 2015. The firm helps to provide plant-based nutrition advice. She helps people of various age groups with their wellness and product consumption.
Before that, she used to work as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at Lindenwood University from September 2013 to January 2016. Her role was to choreograph a dance for the floor exercises and create team assignments.
Makayla volunteered as a Summer Staff in the Washington Family Ranch in July 2013. There, she cleaned and maintained facilities and aided the middle schoolers in their faith.
Her early career began in the Youth Entering Sobriety residential program in January 2013. She led group therapy and taught life-training skills to the youth.
