Lauren established her full-service event consultation and design firm, LoLo Event Design, in July 2010.

The motto of the boutique event design firm is to make every day eventful and life's milestones magical. It provides home dinner parties to weddings, non-profit fundraisers, and corporate events.

McShay did her schooling at Sewickley Academy in Pennsylvania. She graduated from Boston University in 2004.

After her higher education, she worked as a Marketing Associate at Digitas from 2004 to 2006.

Lauren began her professional career in the Boston advertising industry, functioning across traditional and digital media landscapes.

She was also associated at ISM as an account executive from January 2007 to January 2008. She was promoted to account supervisor, where she worked for two years and seven months from January 2008 to July 2010.

Lauren is linked with The #Girlbossbride Guide, a virtual wedding planner in Boston. She has been working there since 12th December 2017.

She has experience working for the travel and lifestyle group called CP Travel.

In her starting career as a wedding planner, she uploaded videos on Youtube about wedding planning tips and management.

Lauren McShay Skills

Lauren had experience associating with national and international brands, including General Motors and Emirates. She developed her project, client, and budget management skills there.

Lauren applies her skills to the management of LoLo Event Design planners and managers. Her event management skills team includes Mike Amado, an Entertainment Specialists owner.

She has a talent specialist and event planner, Toni Bianco, for the Event Planning skill.

Her work success has been featured in online publications like Biz Bash, Bliss Weddings, Carats & Cake, Design New England, and Grace Ormonde Wedding Style New England.

Other platforms like Southern New England Weddings, Style Me Pretty, The Boston Globe, and The Improper Bostonian had also highlighted her.

Todd got married to Lauren on 9th July 2006 in Cape Cod.

Lauren was Todd's longtime girlfriend from Boston. She was inspired to become an event designer after she planned her own wedding.

In an interview with The Boston Globe, she mentioned, "We were one of those horror stories where the cards were collected in an open ­basket, and someone stole the gifts."

She added, "I recommend a bird cage or interesting lockbox."

After graduating from the University of Richmond, Todd met Lauren "Lo" Sullivan in 1999. The two started dating six years before their marriage.

Todd has Two Kids

Todd McShay son Tate McShay was born on 27th September 2014.

The couple had their second kid, a daughter, on 27th January 2016. They named her Alaire McShay.

Lauren mentioned her daughter Alaire's 6th birthday on 27th January 2022, and they celebrated in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Lauren posted an image on Instagram in November 2016 and talked about her daughter. She said, "I am Irish, and we tend to avoid politics. But tonight, I put my daughter to bed and told her that tomorrow woman will be elected as President of The United States of America."
