In 2019, Lynn was named Woman of the Year by Glamour. She then represented quarterbacks Jalen Hurt in 2020 and received her certification to represent the NBA players in 2020.
In 2021, Lynn was named the 21 Most Powerful Woman in the Business of Sports, and the same year she was hired to lead the football operation, the company promoted her to the president of Klutch Group in 2023.

Shakeemah Simmons-Winter is a senior manager for communication at Klutch Sports Group. She joined the company in January 2022.
She is an award-winning public relations professional with decades of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. She has completed her graduation from the Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
She then joined New York Univeristy for higher studies in Publick Relations and Corporate Communications.
The manager started her career in 2010 as a Production and Promotions Intern at Radio One. She has worked with companies like The Wendy Williams Show and The Madison Square Garden Company.
She then started working at ESPN in November 2018 and worked for almost three years before finally landing at Klutch Sports Group.
Rachel Everett
Rachel Everett is the co-founder of ESM football. She is also an athlete and Brand Sports Marketing agent working for Jalen.
The athlete co-founded Evertt Soprt Marketing in May 2010 in Greenville. ESM is the premier sports marketing agency in the country which represents NFL, PGA, and LPGA players.
