NFL assistant coaches getting the highest salary are Joe Judge, Anthony Weaver, and Mike Pettine. Pettine earns $3.5 million.
Judge is with the New England Patriots, Weaver is with the Baltimore Ravens, and Pettine is signed with the Minnesota Vikings.
Kansas City Chiefs Dave Toub bags an annual payment of $3 to $4 million, making him one of the highest earners. Toub entered the franchise as a Special teams coordinator in 2013.
In 2018, he was promoted to Assistant head coach while keeping the old responsibility. The 61-year-old with over three decades of experience has two Super Bowls (LIV and LVII) with the Chiefs.
Joe Judge

Mike Pettine

His NFL break came in 2002 when the Baltimore Ravens brought him as a coaching assistant. He became an assistant defensive line coach in 2004 and outside linebackers coach in 2005.
The 56-year-old took his expertise to the New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, and Chicago Bears before landing in Minnesota in 2022.
Today, he is getting paid an annual remuneration of $3.5 million.
