Jay Cutler
One of the greatest Bears QB of all time Jay Cutler joined the Bears in 2009 and played there for 8 seasons.
Cutler led the role of starting quarterback from 2009 to 2015. During these years, he was the offense leader and had several records with the team including the most career passing yards (23,443), and career completions of 2,020.
In his first season as a Starting Qb, Jay registered 3,666 passing yards along with 27 touchdowns and 26 interceptions as well.
The third-best QB prospect in the 2006 NFL draft has recorded a career completion percentage of 62% along with 35,133 yards and 227 TDs' in his entire career with the Broncos, Bears, and Dolphins.
During his collegiate years, the Indiana native 40-year-old QB became the SEC Offensive Player of the Year in 2005. He got honored as the 100 Greatest Bears of All-Time in 2019.
Mitchell Trubisky
Mitchell Trubisky began his journey as a starting QB for the Chicago Bears and led the team until the 2020 season. Trubisky was drafted in 2017.
Trubisky's four seasons for the Bears saw him registering 10,609 passing yards with 64 touchdowns and 37 interceptions.
Likewise, Trubisky showed exceptional leadership during his four seasons with the Bears and holds numerous records for career passer rating and career competition percentage of 87.2 and 64% respectively.
One of his biggest achievements features the QB helping the Bears win the NFC North division title in 2018 and earning a Pro Bowl selection that same year.
The Qb is currently enrolled with the Pittsburgh Steelers since the 2022 season. Before that, he played one season with the Buffalo Bills as a backup quarterback.
Rex Grossman
The 2003 first-round NFL Draft quarterback Rex Grossman played as a starting quarterback in all 16 games of the 2006 season for the Chicago Bears.
During the season, Rex successfully recorded his career-highest 3,193 passing yards with 23 touchdowns and 20 interceptions.
Rex achieved 863 passes out of 1,562 pass attempts in his NFL career. Grossman lost his career's first Super Bowl against the Indianapolis Colts in 2006.
After a disappointing performance in 2007, Grosman lost his starting QB position and did not regain it until 2011 with the Washington Redskins.
Before his NFL career, Grossman was recognized as the AP College Football Player of the Year, SEC Player of the Year, and also named the consensus All-America in 2001.
