Regarding the server status, MaddenNFLDirect posted a critical server maintenance tweet via their official Twitter page. Per the tweet, the Madden 24 servers will go for a maintenance break on the 8th of November at 6 a.m. Eastern Time.

All the online modes will be unavailable to play, and the solo battles will be restricted half an hour earlier at 5:30 a.m. ET.
